| The SJC Pipeline Construction will begin in our neighborhood on Monday, December 3, 2007. This includes construction of a tunnel at the intersection of Carlisle Blvd. and Pershing Avenue. This tunnel will minimize disruption of traffic by laying the pipeline under Carlisle Blvd. Pershing will be closed east and west of Carlisle Blvd., but Carlisle will remain open. Crews will work from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday, but may work on Sundays as needed. This work is expected to last through approximately Monday, Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve).
